Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 for Auckland and the North Island (non-rural addresses only).

Please note:

  • Rural delivery addresses are excluded from this offer

  • South Island addresses are excluded from this offer

  • Standard shipping rates will apply to all excluded areas

Eligibility for free shipping is determined automatically at checkout based on the delivery address entered.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping rates apply to:

  • Rural addresses within the North Island

  • All South Island deliveries

  • Orders under $75

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed in the order they are received and are dispatched twice weekly:

  • Mondays

  • Thursdays

Orders placed outside these days will be dispatched on the next scheduled dispatch day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

  • Non-rural North Island: 1–3 business days

  • Rural North Island: 3–5+ business days

  • South Island: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Pre-Orders & Delivery Delays

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will be dispatched once all items are in stock, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather events, or high-volume periods. Nooncha is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier, but we are always happy to help track your order if needed.
